Zero-Error Systems (ZES) Appoints Rajan Rajgopal as CEO

SINGAPORE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Zero-Error Systems (ZES), a provider of high reliability semiconductor solutions for space and power management applications, announced today the appointment of Mr Rajan Rajgopal as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).


Mr. Rajan Rajgopal is a seasoned semiconductor professional with over 25 years of global corporate experience spanning Asia, Europe and US in profit and loss management, quality, customer management, new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing excellence. Most recently he was President and CEO/Vice Chairman of DenseLight Semiconductor, a boutique Semiconductor Photonics manufacturing company with a focus on semiconductor lasers for the Data Communication and Sensing markets. Before coming to Denselight, Rajan was the President of GaNStar (part of IGSS group), a startup in the Gallium Nitride space developing products for Power Electronics. Prior to that he was Vice President of Global Quality at Micron Technology leading a team of 500+ people with a clear focus on achieving “World Class Quality”. Prior to Micron, he spent 18 years at GLOBALFOUNDRIES in various Vice President level roles. He started his career at Texas Instruments where he worked on Radiation Hardened semiconductors as a member of the technical staff at Semiconductor Research and Design Center in Dallas, Texas. Rajan, has received four patents and more than 20 publications, holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono.
