Xiaomi, one of the leading mobile manufacturer in China today launched Redmi 3s in China. The price tag for Xiaomi Redmi 3s in china starts from RMB 699 (around Rs.7,000). Xiaomi Redmi 3s comes with a Snapdragon 430 chipset and power house is a 4100 mAh non-removable battery.
In terms of specification Xiaomi Redmi 3s is powered by qualcomm snapdragon 430 64 bit octa core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. The handset is running on MIUI 7. The phone comes in 2 version, one with 2GB RAM/ 16GB eMMC 5.0 storage and another with 3GB RAM / 32GB eMMC 5.1 storage. Xiaomi had also included a micro SD slot, which can help you to increase storage by attaching external micro SD card of up to 128GB.
Xiaomi Redmi 3s is packed inside a magnesium alloy body with a weight of about 144 grams (including 4100 mAh battery). This handset comes with a (hybrid) dual SIM handset sporting a 5 inch IPS screen supporting 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) resolution.
Now comes the camera, there is a 5MP fixed focus camera on the front and a 13MP PDAF camera on the rear with f/2.0 aperture + LED flash. Additional features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi, finger print sensor on the back and Bluetooth 4.1 which are normal on smartphones launched recently.
Xiaomi will strat the sale of Redmi 3s from 16th June for RMB 699 (2GB / 16GB) and RMB 899 (3GB / 32GB) in China.
There is no announcement of when the handset is planned for a lunch in India.
