While Toyota has unveiled its new generation Innova Crysta in India at the 13th edition of the Auto Expo 2016, The company has not disclosed the details of the launch of the model in India. But if emerging reports are anything to go by, the new Innova Crysta will be launched in the domestic market in mid-2016.
It is being said that Toyota, which is also hurt by the Supreme Court’s interim decision to ban diesel cars with a displacement of 2000cc and above in the Delhi NCR region, is also planning to roll out petrol engines for all its future models as the car maker thinks that the ban that is currently only on the 2.0L engines could get extended. If this rings true, the Innova Crysta petrol will also make it to the market.
