Tata Motors all set to launch Tata Tiago on March 28

Tata Motors is all set to launch their latest Car Tata Tiago on 28th March, 2016. Tata had announced Zica in December 2015 and latest renamed it to Tiago in February 2016. Then main reason for this rename is Zica have a resemblance in name with the zika virus. Tata don’t want to carry a Virus in their Car 🙂

The Tiago will be offered with two engine choices, a 1.2-litre petrol engine called the Revotron and a 1.05-litre diesel engine called the Revotorq. The Revotron engine is capable of producing 84bhp and 114Nm of torque where as the Revotorq engine can produce 67bhp and 139Nm of torque.

Tata have already scheduled the launch of many new cars in 2016. Tata have planned compact sedan, MPV Hexa and compact SUV Nexon for this year.

The Tata Tiago will be competing with Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Hyundai i10 and Ford Figo.

As per the media reports the Price of the Tata Tiago will starts from Rs.3.5 Lakhs. Anyway it will a Sub-5 Lakh Family Car.
