(the “Company”) announces that it has signed a Letter of Intent with OCTAVIA VODKA LTD. allowing TABU to purchase 10% of OCTAVIA with shares issued by TABU, representing a $300,000 purchase price. The company expects to complete a share purchase agreement within 45 days. As part of the deal, OCTAVIA will licence the TABU brand for a special line of vodka, paying TABU an 8% royalty on sales. Further, both companies have agreed to jointly develop an infused vodka product based on current and up and coming rules and regulations regarding infused drinks.
