This is the fourth year in a row that Scotts Air has been awarded this honor acknowledging the companys consistently high level of client satisfaction. Angie's List is a leading online review platform for the service industry. The Super Service Award honors service professionals who have maintained exceptional service ratings and reviews on Angies List in 2017. This years list of winners also contains many multi-year recipients. 2017 Super Service Award winners must meet strict eligibility requirements, which include maintaining an A rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade. The SSA winners must be in good standing with Angies List, pass a background check, submit a current trade license attestation and abide by Angies List operational guidelines. This award not only honors providers who have excelled in the past year, but also makes it easier for consumers to identify high quality service providers, said Angies List Founder Angie Hicks. The Super Service Award logo has come to be a symbol that consumers look for as a sign of quality, and a tradition for many top-rated service pros. Companies that can meet higher demands and provide exemplary performance standards truly do stand apart from their peers, said Angies List Founder Angie Hicks. Only a few heating & air conditioning companies in Orlando were able to do it. Service company ratings are updated daily on Angies List as new, verified consumer reviews are submitted. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality. For more than 22 years, Angies List restricted access to its verified reviews to consumers who paid membership fees. When the company removed that barrier, some companies worried that the new, non-paying members would not be as engaged as members of the past. Experience has shown, however, that these newly added members are just as engaged across all age groups as prior members.
