Sapia.ai Labs to Present World-Leading Research at Society for Industrial-Organisational Psychology (SIOP) Conference

Responsible Use of Large Language Models for Response Grading and Explanations in Structured Interviews describes and analyses SAIGE (Self-Augmented Interview Grading and Explanation), a Large Language Model fine-tuned with a dataset of human interview responses and reinforced with feedback from subject-matter experts using a well-defined scoring rubric.

Approximating CEFR Levels with Text-Based Structured Interview Responses maps Sapia.ai’s Communication Score and Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) levels, as well as its validity, reliability, and fairness.

Personality Projected by GPT-2, ChatGPT, and GPT-4 as an Interviewee measures ChatGPT’s personality across various versions of the platform.
