Old friend, new neighborhood.
We’ve brought the age-old taskbar back to Android to help you do more with less. Switch effortlessly between apps with the touch of an icon or click of a mouse. Complete with a Start Menu and System Tray, our taskbar allows you to find and start all your apps from one location on one side while managing everyday system settings and connectivity on the other.

A new direction to Notifications.
Our Notifications has been given a complete makeover to take full advantage of your larger screens. With additional horizontal real estate, Notifications appears from the right side of your desktop. For those on a device with a touchscreen, a simple swipe engages Notifications while a conveniently placed icon on our System Tray allows you to also open it with the click of a mouse.

Mapping all the shortcuts.
Remix OS comes fully compatible with a multitude of familiar keyboard shortcuts. From CTRL+N to create a new document to CTRL+S to save it when you’re finished, we’ve made sure to take no shortcuts in giving you the ability to perform faster and better while interacting with your favorite apps on a keyboard.

The right-click done right.
While a mouse is designed to give you added precision, it can also always give you more functionality. We’ve given the right-click back to you on Android. Access additional features to your beloved apps using the right-click throughout Remix OS.

One of the things Remix OS doesn’t require you to do could be one of its best features. With its intuitive interface, our File Manager comes with an amazing collection of functionalities that makes sure you never need to worry about where your files are stored. Access, transfer, and save files like never before on Android so you can focus on what you create rather than where to look for it.
