27-year old Student wins as first ever KWC Angola Champion; to compete in Helsinki, Finland at the world finals of Karaoke World Championships.
Karaoke World Championships (KWC) is the world�s largest amateur singing competition with over 30 country champions competing at the world finals to be held in November in Helsinki, Finland in conjunction with their 100th year anniversary. 27 year old student Pedro Matias now holds the title of KWC Angola 2017 Champion. He will fly to Finland to represent Angola as part of his prize package.

KWC is an international brand from Finland and it is the biggest amateur singing competition in the world. National trials are conducted in each country with the winners competing in the annual international finals. In November 2016, the World Final event was held in Vancouver, Canada where Ryota Kaizo of Japan and Astrid Nicole of Panama won the Karaoke World Champion titles for female and male, respectively. They will be invited to perform as guests in the world finals in Helsinki.
