Panasonic Eluga Mark SD 615 powered launched for Rs.11,990

Panasonic has updated its Eluga lineup in India with the launch of a new smartphone. Dubbed Eluga Mark, the device is aimed at enterprise users, offering support for enterprise mobility management (EMM) platform Android for Work.

It comes with Android 5.1, Lollipop, Panasonic FitHome UI and powered by Octa Core 1.5 GHz, Qualcomm snapdragon 615 with GPU and 2GB RAM. It has a Bar Design with size of 152 x 77 x 8.2 mm. Panasonic Eluga Mark is occupied with a 13 MP Rear and 5 MP Front Camera, with LED. It supports micro SD card (maximum capacity of 32GB) and 16GB internal storage.

“With the growing use of smartphones for a wider range of high-risk activities such as access to cloud data and private information, mobile security is a top priority for users,” said Pankaj Rana, Business Head � Mobility Division, Panasonic India. “This control-sensitive device, which achieves complex tasks with the press of a finger or a swipe of the thumb, is personalized for the user and protects the smartphone investment.”

The device carries a price tag of INR 11,990 ($180) in India, and will be available for purchase through both online and offline retail channels in the country. Color options include Royal Gold or Metallic Grey.
