Manila, Philippines, August 29, 2019 –(PR.com)– Markable Solutions, a leading B2B Media and Marketing Services company, announced today that, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued the certificate of incorporation of Markable Solutions Phils, Inc. Markable Solutions has become the first ordinary corporation with less than five incorporators under Republic Act No. 11232, or the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines.

SEC has accepted the registration of Markable Solutions in accordance with the newly issued Guidelines on the Number and Qualifications of Incorporators under the Revised Corporation Code.
