Mr Lorenzo Emilitri, founder & CEO of Loway, will speak about transition from on-prem to cloud platforms at JanusCon 2019 Italy.
Born out of the creative minds of a handful of Italian RTC passionates, JanusCon aims at providing a new platform for sharing ideas and experiences on real-time communications and VOIP in a relaxed and warm environment.
JanusCon will take place in Naples, from 23rd to 25th of September.
The speech is entitled: “Ingenuity, resilience, simplicity and many mistakes – from on-prem to cloud platform,” and will cover how to transition a mature product into a cloud-based, large scale, real-time callcenter analytics platform.
The long term experience with hosted solutions of Loway’s team has been matured working with QueueMetrics and QueueMetrics-Live software during more than eleven years of development and improvements.
QueueMetrics-Live suite collects PBX data and generates analytical reports for over 200 metrics, covering all the key categories for a call-center effective management: reporting, supervisor page, agent page, quality assessment, wallboards and much more.
The service is fully hosted by Loway and provided with installation, back up, update and data retention included.
The speech is planned for the 25th of September at 3 PM CET timezone.
