India signed Civil Nuclear Agreement with Japan

The Civil Nuclear Cooperation Agreement recently signed between India and Japan would enable India to benefit from Japans advancements in civil nuclear domain and its extensive supply chain and would open up opportunities for collaboration between Indian and Japanese industries to advance India’s civil nuclear programme through the construction of nuclear power plants, thereby meeting the country’s clean energy targets.

Detailed techno-commercial discussions between the two sides will be finalised during the course of implementation of the agreement.
