Haomo Launches Three ADS Products for as Low as $411, Pushes DriveGPT to Know Everything

BEIJING–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Haomo.AI unveiled three Advanced Driving-assistance System products, including the lowest priced in the industry, that do not leverage on high-definition maps, on the 9th AI Day on October 11.

These products, namely HP170, HP370 and HP570, are designed to be installed on low- to high-end passenger vehicles to offer Level 2 autonomy this and next year.

HP170, priced between RMB 3,000 ($411) to RMB 3,999, enables autonomous driving on highways and expressways, automatic emergency braking rated five-star by E-NACP, and short-distance memory parking. In terms of hardware, the computing power is 5TOPS while the sensor system comes with one forward facing camera, four fisheye cameras, two rear corner radars and 12 ultrasonic radars, and with one forward-facing radar and two front corner radars as optional.

HP370, priced between RMB 5,000 to RMB 5,999, is equipped with 32TOPS computing power, two forward facing cameras, two side-view cameras, one rear-view camera, four fisheye cameras, one front radar, two rear corner radars, 12 ultrasonic radars and two front corner radars as optional. This product supports more functions such as memory driving within a certain city and intelligent barrier avoidance.

HP570, priced between RMB 8,000 and RMB 8,999, carries 72TOPS chip or 100TOPS chip, two forward facing cameras, four side-view cameras, one rear-view camera, four fisheye cameras, one front radar, 12 ultrasonic radars, and allows the addition of one LiDAR as an option. This product enables automatic driving on urban roads and all-scenario parking assist.

“These three newly released second-generation HPilot passenger car ADS products are lower in price but higher in performance compared with previous ones,” said Haomo Chairman Zhang Kai.

By now, DriveGPT, Haomo’s large model for autonomous driving, has screened out 10 billion frames of Internet images and 4.8 million pieces of autonomous driving 4D clips including data on human driving behavior, 200 days after its release.

Second, DriveGPT’s general perception ability has improved as it can combine texts, pictures and videos to identify everything.

Haomo CEO Gu Weihao said the future autonomous driving system must function just like humans.
