Half-dry �Gold Tongue Sole� of Ariul Fish Becomes Popular as Home-cooked Dish to Make a Table Great

Being caught mainly on the west coast of Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do in Korea, tongue soles are flat fishes that belong to the red tongue sole family. It contains a variety of nutrients, such as protein and minerals, with less smell and a fresh taste.
