Flexible Work Fuels Compass Offices Growth

Workspace demand drives flexible office space providers expansion plans

HONG KONG–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#AGreatPlacetoWorkCompass Offices, a leading flexible office space provider in APAC, launches 4 projects to cater to the increased demand for flexible office space in Hong Kong.

The projects involve the addition of a fifth floor in Infinitus Plaza in Sheung Wan, over 11,000 square foot in Admiralty Centre Tower 1 in Admiralty, a second floor in the Lee Garden One and a third floor in the Lee Garden Two office complexes in Causeway Bay. These expansions will present the market with close to 55,000 square foot of flexible office space in prime business districts of Hong Kong.

This expansion is part of Compass Offices’ active growth plan, fuelled by new market demand brought about by the flexible working trend and the economic recovery.

Shift of the workplace paradigm

The pandemic has fundamentally changed the way corporates and professionals choose to work, creating a permanent need for flexible working arrangements.

Compass Offices Chief Executive Officer Hans Leijten said that flexibility in “time and space” is here to stay and that is what will drive demand for our products and services.

“Companies want the ability to grow or shrink space in line with their team size, and they want shorter leases to anticipate market changes instead of fixed lease terms of 3 to 5 years. They no longer want to invest time and money in fitting their conventional office space.”

“Our clients want a business-ready office – all-inclusive, secure, private, and equipped with enterprise-grade infrastructure and common services, a lounge, reception, and office management. We take care of the capex, our clients concentrate on their core business.”

Creating the preferred workspace

With the shift of the workplace paradigm, Compass Offices is determined to create the preferred workspace for corporates and professionals to stay agile and resilient. Run by a diverse team of multicultural professionals, Compass Offices provides an exceptional and localised experience to clients in major Asia Pacific cities. As the company furthers its expansions in APAC, it will add more key commercial cities to its portfolio.

Compass Offices supports flexible workplace models for all businesses and industries, for corporate and professionals with cutting edge IT solutions and Enterprise Solutions for built-to-measure office requirements. At sizes starting at individual suites for professionals, to offices for corporates of 100+ staff. All with a focus on scalability, connectivity, sustainability, and safety.

Enquiries for our new flexible office space are welcome.
