Government of India is running a Domestic Efficient Lighting Programme (DELP) under which they are promoting the usage�of LED bulbs. These bulbs are sourced from top national brands and manufacturers such as Philips, Bajaj, HPL, Crompton, OSRAM, Orient and others.

This initiative is being run through Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) which is a Government Body. Snapdeal has partnered with EESL to distribute these bulbs across the country.
