HONG KONG–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Duddell Street Acquisition Corp. (the �Company) announced today that, commencing November 30, 2020, holders of the units sold in the Companys initial public offering of 17,500,000 units, completed on November 2, 2020, may elect to separately trade the shares of Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market (the Nasdaq) under the symbol DSACU, and the shares of Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols DSAC and DSACW, respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Companys transfer agent, in order to separate the units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.
