Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Announces Filing of Annual Report on Form 20-F

HYDERABAD, India–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dr. Reddy�s Laboratories Limited (BSE: 500124, NSE: DRREDDY, NYSE: RDY, NSEIFSC: DRREDDY, along with its subsidiaries together referred to as “Dr. Reddy’s”) today announced that its Annual Report on Form 20-F containing its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021 and prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board was filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 30, 2021.

The Annual Report on Form 20-F is also available on the website of Dr. Reddy’s, www.drreddys.com. American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) holders may also obtain a hard copy of the Annual Report on Form 20-F at no cost, by sending a written request to the Company’s registered office or by sending an e-mail to shares@drreddys.com.
