DigiBoxx Registration and Login not working? Here is a solution

Are you facing Registration and Login issues on DigiBoxx.com or DigiBoxx App. Here comes the solution

What is DigiBoxxTM?
DigiBoxxTM is India�s first homegrown Digital Asset Management Platform, on which you can easily store and collaborate with you digital assets, like raw files, photographs, sensitive collateral, etc. It’s available on desktop, mobile and tablet.

First keep in mind that DigiBoxx is launched as a half baked product, looks like the team behind it never done any QC testing before launch, from the day one of the launch of DigiBoxx users were facing issues on Registration and Login. I had personally tried the DigiBoxx Website and app but looks like both does not working.

Solution:
Never try registering from App, DigiBoxx app does not work, only what works is OTP, but the OTP validation does not work as expected on App. So don’t try to register on App.

While registering a new account you need to choose your Digispace name, multiple users can use the same Digispace name, the team forgot to do unique Digispace name validation check on both app and web. so make sure you choose only unique name.

Once registration is successful, you will not receive any login credentials to your email, You need to login to their website https://app.digiboxx.com/ and choose forgot password option and provide Digispace and your email id, you will receive an OTP as SMS, if you are lucky then you will receive a Password reset link on your registered email, click on the like and then reset your password. This is the only solution for now.
