ClaimVantage Exhibits at ANZIIF InsurTech Conference in Sydney

InsurTech solutions are improving the customer experience from policy purchasing to making a claim.

Sydney, Australia, February 23, 2019 –(PR.com)– ClaimVantage, a leading international provider of life claim management software solutions, will exhibit at the ANZIIF InsurTech Conference being held in Sofitel Sydney Wentworth from February 26th – 27th, 2019.

The conference aims to connect insurers with technology-driven startups from across Asia-Pacific to inspire attendees, drive new thinking in the industry, and ultimately explore how insurers can implement technology which will transform the customer experience. There is no doubt about it, InsurTech is having an impact on the insurance industry, and this platform provides attendees with the opportunity to hear from those leading this revolution to get thoughts and perspectives on how InsurTech is being applied in practice and how this will evolve in the future.

ClaimVantage provides life insurance companies with InsurTech software to improve the claims process through digital transformation. To maintain an active presence in the InsurTech space, ClaimVantage has a dedicated R&D team, who focus on three elements of product development; the core product, adjacent innovation which focuses on expanding capabilities to support new markets, and disruptive innovation, which anticipates and delivers future technology.

MLC, a top 3 life insurer in Australia, has engaged with ClaimVantage to transform their claims process. Investing $300m on a digital transformation project, MLC successfully replaced seven legacy systems over two years to position themselves at the forefront of the market. As a second phase, MLC is now looking to further invest in InsurTech. They plan to offer life insurance discounts based on policyholders health data, leveraging the data they can now collect and analyze to improve both risk management and the customer experience.

Regional Director, Geoff Street will be exhibiting throughout the event and will be available to discuss InsurTech solutions for you and your business.
