Riccardo joins Ajma Hotel from his most recent role as Food and Beverage Manager at Grand Millennium Business Bay in Dubai and in his new role, he will manage and oversee the restaurant operations in the hotel�s 11 restaurants and bars and ensure exceptional dining experiences continue to be delivered to all guests.
Riccardo brings solid experience in Food and Beverage Management having worked with Rotana Hotels and Resorts, Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, Rixos and Radisson in United Arab Emirates and the Gulf, as well as in Europe and China. He holds a Masters Certificate in Food Service Management an addition to this Diploma in Tourism Hospitality.
Riccardo will be an integral part of the Food and Beverage team at Ajman Hotel and will work to achieve excellent business results. He will be instrumental in the management of restaurant operations including guest experience, administration, strategies, revenue, budget and training, said Rafael Peterkovic, Director of Food and Beverage.
