Here is one of a natural home remedy for clean your lungs.This magical drink will help the smokers to clear up their lungs.Smokers lungs can be very badly affected by smoking. Coughs, colds, wheezing and asthma are just the start. Smoking can cause fatal diseases such as pneumonia, emphysema and lung cancer. Smoking causes 84% of deaths from lung cancer and 83% of deaths from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Recipe Of Magical Drink.

Ingredients

Medium-size peeled ginger root-1

Garlic(peeled)-400 gm

Turmeric-2 teaspoons

Water – 1 liter

Normal sugar – 400gm

Preparation

In to a cooking container pour water and sugar.Keep it for boiling.While it starts to boil,add the garlic ,ginger and turmeric in to it. Boil it until the guantity in the container is half.Stir occassionally.Remove from heat and allow it to cool down completely.Then transfer into clean and sun dried glass bottle.

Usage:Take 2tbs of mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and 2tbs at night two hours after your supper.
